Rate Information
Rates are weekly mid-June to mid-September. Three day specials are available in the spring and fall. Rates are based on several factors.
- The occupied unit
- The week of your stay
- The number of persons occupying the unit. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests occupying any unit. Prices are quoted on the following number of persons:
- Standard Unit #2 – Two Persons
- Standard Units #1, 2, 3 & 4 – Four Persons
- Premier Unit #5 – Four Persons
- Premier Unit #6 – Six Persons
- Every unit has a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Each additional person is charged $20.00 per night or $90.00 per week.

Deposit Information
A deposit is required to hold a reservation. Once a deposit is received, a receipt with a reservation confirmation will be written, recorded and sent to the guest making the reservation. An initial deposit of 25% is required when making he reservation and is followed by a second deposit of 25% during the month of January prior to the reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other business.
The rates listed above are based on stays of hour or more persons for seven nights with the exception if unit#2, which is based on double occupancy. All rates are subject to Maine’s 8% sales tax for meals and lodging. Check-in as 3:00 P.M. Saturday and check- out is the following Saturday at 10:00 A.M Sharp.
